Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ThinkFraction LLC ("ThinkFraction") collects through our website, thinkfraction.xyz ("Site"), and through our AI assessment ("Assessment"). It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean ThinkFraction.

1. Who are we?

1.1 ThinkFraction is a Wyoming limited liability company that operates from New York, New York. We help small and mid-sized businesses find the manual work that slows them down and fix it with AI tools and automation.

1.2 You can reach us about privacy at fraction@agentmail.to.

1.3 This policy covers the Site, the Assessment, emails you exchange with us, and calls you book with us. It does not cover work we do for a client under a signed contract. When we handle a client's business data for a paid project, that contract controls how we handle it.

1.4 This policy does not cover other companies' websites that we link to, such as Calendly or LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply there.

2. How does the AI Assessment work?

2.1 You talk with an AI, not a person. The Assessment is a 20- to 30-minute voice conversation in your web browser with an AI voice agent. The agent asks structured questions about how work gets done in your business.

2.2 The call is recorded and transcribed. We record the audio and create a written transcript. We only start the call after you check a consent box, and the agent confirms at the start of the call that you agree to be recorded. You can end the call at any time.

2.3 AI helps draft your report. We send the transcript to an AI model to help draft a written report. A person at ThinkFraction reviews every report before we send it to you.

2.4 Please don't share sensitive details on the call. Anything you say becomes part of the recording and transcript. Please don't share health information, Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, or other people's private details. Describing staff by first name or job role is fine.

2.5 We don't identify you by your voice. We don't use recordings to create voiceprints or to identify you from your voice.

3. What information do we collect?

3.1 Information you give us.

  • Assessment sign-up form: your name, business name, industry, team size (optional), email address, and invite code.
  • Assessment call: the audio recording, the transcript, and the report we prepare from them.
  • Consent record: your name, email address, the date and time you agreed to the recording, the version of the notice you agreed to, and the part of the transcript where you confirmed it.
  • Case study page: your email address, if you ask us to send you the one-page summary.
  • Booking a call: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and answers to its booking questions, and shares them with us.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or LinkedIn.
  • Payments (once the Assessment is paid): Stripe processes payments. We receive your name, email address, the amount paid, and limited card details such as the last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.

3.2 Information collected automatically.

  • Server logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, records technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and times, so it can run and secure the Site.
  • Visit counts: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use third-party cookies. It identifies a visit with a temporary code that is discarded after 24 hours, and it shows us only totals, such as page views, referring sites, country, and device type.
  • Browser storage: some features, such as the voice agent, may store small technical settings in your browser (for example, a language setting) so they work properly.

3.3 Do Not Track. The Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We don't track you across other websites, and we don't let other companies use the Site to collect information about your activity across websites over time.

4. How do we use your information?

4.1 We use your information to:

  • run the Assessment, including holding the conversation, creating the transcript, and drafting and reviewing your report;
  • send you your report, the one-page summary you asked for, booking confirmations, and replies to your messages;
  • follow up with you about our services, in connection with the business you told us about;
  • improve our questions, reports, and services, using our own review of Assessment results; any insights we share outside ThinkFraction are combined and stripped of details that identify you or your business;
  • keep the Site and Assessment secure and prevent misuse; and
  • meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

4.2 Marketing emails. If we send you marketing emails, each one will include a way to unsubscribe, and we will honor your request.

4.3 What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for targeted advertising. We don't let our service providers use your call recordings, transcripts, or reports to train their AI models.

5. Who do we share your information with?

7. How do we protect your information?

7.1 We use reasonable safeguards for a business of our size. These include limiting access to ThinkFraction, using encrypted connections, using multi-factor sign-in on our accounts where available, and choosing providers that maintain their own security programs.

7.2 No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

8. What choices and rights do you have?

8.1 See, correct, or delete your information. Email fraction@agentmail.to. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

8.3 Unsubscribe. Use the link in any marketing email, or email us.

8.4 State privacy rights. Some states give residents extra privacy rights. We honor the requests above for everyone, wherever you live. Because we don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of.

9. Is the Site meant for children?

9.1 No. The Site and the Assessment are meant for adults acting for a business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Where is your information processed?

10.1 The Site and the Assessment are meant for businesses in the United States. We store and process information mainly in the United States. Some of our providers may process it in other countries under their own safeguards.

11. How will we tell you about changes?

11.1 When we change this policy, we will post the new version on the Site and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also post a notice on the Site or email you if we have your email address.

12. How can you contact us?

12.1 Email fraction@agentmail.to with any question or request about this policy or your information.
